That is beautiful. Thanks for sharing. Kiss & make up. You'll be glad you did. LOL

Beautiful quilt! How lucky you are to have your DH even interested enough to work with you on it. My DH loses it (meaning his patience) when I need his help on the computer-especially when I forget how to do something, or do something wrong-like try to post photos that I put someplace and can't find them! (just happened!). He pretty much just tolerates my fabric obsession and feigns interest when I want to show him something I made or want to make-or just drool over a picture on the computer! Would love to see it when the border is on! I'm not brave enough to tackle a Bargello, though I think they are stunning!!

I think it is gorgeous - and even though it is divorce material - once it is done - You'll both relish in the finished product - enjoy it to the max... it was all worth it in the end.

I see 2 borders, one in the light color and a larger one in the deepest color to frame the quilt. You will both love it once it's on your bed and then all you'll remember is the fun of working with it together.

beautiful quilt. I think a border would take away from it's beauty. I have kit to make one but a little scared to start. I think I may now give it a try

This is a really lovely quilt! God bless you for letting "DH" work with you. This may qualify you for sainthood. BTW will you attend the Int'l Quilt Show in Galway? Would love to see you there!

Not all bagellos need borders. Sometimes they are just finished when you do the design. If you are passionately discussing which colors to use as borders, then I would do the darkest color for the zinger and then do one of your mediums for the outer. But truthfully, in my expert bargello making (over 12) I would say with these colors and the intense design, it is finished as it is right now.
