Smile searching for recipe for "pie in a jar"

Someone posted a recipe "pie in a jar" The quilting board changed the format and I did'nt write down the recipe. Could you please post it again. My husband likes desserts but is trying to loose a little bit of weight this will help, small amount and still have dessert to boot. Thank you. Pam
