OMG!! I think your work is just wonderful!! I'm having a hard time imagining why you're not delighted with it. GORGEOUS!

It looks like you're an old pro! I only handquilt my quilts and have been for over 12 years years. This is a wonderful job! Perhaps you nned todecide to stick with it- after all, you did a fabulous job!!

Good job on the hand quilting. Have you tried without a hoop? I find it much easier.

Had I not read the explanation of this and just seen the picture I would have thought it had been done by an expert hand quilter - it is beautiful!!! However you did it (stab/rock) you have a real talent!!!

I would recommend a Q-Snap frame. They come in all sizes - even floor models. The best quilter I've ever known was a stab-stitcher! The key is finding a thimble that doesn't feel like a Kleenex box on the end of your finger. Don't give up!

It's beautiful and I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one who quilts using stab stitches! I have fibromyalgia so it's hard for me to rock the needle without a lot of aches, and I find stab stitching much easier to control the length of my stitches. Yours look fantastic! So even!!
