What a beautiful quilt & what a beautiful daughter you are. Your mother gave you a beautiful gift when she taught you to sew & this is also a beautiful gift. My father had dementia for many years & I know what a roller coaster it can be. Please know that you & yours are in my thoughts. Take good care of yourself.

My goodness. You have had a time of it lately. I bet it felt good to make something useful for your sweet mother. It's a very nice quilt. Glad to hear your DH's clear after his surgery. Try to enjoy all your time with your Mom and take care of yourself.
