Thank you! So glad you like the design - all bargellos are not created equal, which leaves the field wide open for different interpretations! The binding was made by rolling the backing to the front. It's the first time I tried this and it worked very well.

It's stunning!!!!!!! Gorgeous!!!!!! I love bargellos, and one is on my to do list. I have the fabrics, it's just finding the time to finish what I'm working on now!!!

And yes, I've hugged quilts before!!! I made one called Baltimore Bliss (see www.fatcatpatterns.com) in green and pink for my now 8 year old granddaughter, back in 2010, and every time I looked at it, I'd get a warm, fuzzy feeling! I really wanted to keep it for myself, but I made it with her in mind, so I had to give it to her!!! She loves it every bit as much as I do!

Came out sew gorgeous. SID can be boring, but look at the beauty and satisfaction you got out of it! You did a wonderful job!
