good thing the oatmeal was just half full, and he was just 2 ft from where i was hemming jane.

HaHa!!!I have 3 grandsons. How did you quilt your DJ? It is gorgeous. I love your colors.

galinva, i quilted it by hand. l strand of upholstry thread, cause i wanted it to show. wore out needles like you would not believe. popped the knots into the batting starting and stopping. hadn't done any hand quilting for 8 yrs or so. but decided that is what jane needed, and i did not want to QAYG and have to deal with little pieces of batting meeting up. been there, done that before. I started out using 'straw or milliners needles'. and they were just too thin.

OMG, how funny now that it is over.
Your scallops turned out great. The whole quilt is georgeous. Nice job.
I got my printer working. I have to do B1(Bachelor's Buttons) on week 3 then I will start week 4. It is still hard for me to stay caught up because of my GD's who live with me...age 1 and 4.. They will not leave me alone and I don't have a door to close them out.
