Wow! thanks everyone! I am in Saratoga County, so I am almost halfway between NYC and Canada . I find it funny how relative the term "upstate" is here. I have friends in the North Country who consider anything south of Warrensburg to be downstate and I have friends in Westchester who consider anything north of NYC to be Upstate

Hello and Welcome from Temple, TX. What part of upstate NY? I am orginally from Syracuse. I have also lived in Liverpool, Solvay, North Syracuse, & Pennelleville. I LOVE this board. Every1 here is so helpful.
