Beautiful table runner!! I know you and your family will enjoy it. Enjoy your retirement! I am enjoying mine. I like to get up in the morning and be able to do what I want to do....not what someone else wants or expects me to do. Yes, I do have a husband, but he gets up early in the morning and sometimes leaves before I get up.

Wow! What a beauty--and I see from other things in the room that the color is perfect.
As for retirement--don't get too excited about all the time you will have to quilt or doing other things you've been wanting to do. My two sons have been busy providing me with wonderful grandchildren, including a set of twin boys born on my b'day 20 months ago. Catch words seem to be "Mom, can you come help...?," whatever they need me to do. One lives 10 hrs. away, and the other only 2 1/2 hrs away. I'm putting lots of miles on my car but enjoying every minute with my sons and dil's and my wonderful grandchildren. As for dil's--both sons chose wonderful ones for me.
