    what about the quilt caused you to rip out and resew? Just in case one of us tries it...we will be aware of the pitfalls. Did the pattern call for the placement/color or was that your own choice? Looks cool.

    I advise that you just pay attention to how you are turning and twisting the strip pieces. The pattern is nothing really, its just a process after you make the strip blocks. I made mine with darker Christmas colors and even though I screwed up a couple of them, I can't tell you by looking at it where the errors were. Love this process.

    Very complimentary colors reminds me of purple pansies and green foliage. Your quilting looks delicate and pretty too.
