Hi Linda! Welcome to the Quilting Board from Nevada! I'm Sherrill, and I spend a lot of time on this Board (although I read more than I answer!) That's a great background you have in quilting and embroidery. I'm sure you will find a lot to learn here, as we have great tutorials and some very experienced quilters --- really, the best anywhere. Plus you'll have a lot to offer, which is great. We are also a great group to get to know, lots of fun, nice people with a great sense of humor. I am constantly amazed at the questions that are answered when I wouldn't have a clue.

I'm so glad you've decided to join us, and look forward to hearing more from you.

    Cheers!

    Sherrill,
Thanks for the welcome, The quilting really got put onto the back burner when I became so busy with the embroidery.
but I Love, Love Quilting and looking at quilts. It never fails when I buy all the stuff to do a quilt my phone will ring off the hook with local Orders for Business in the area. Saturday I was busy all day doing Aprons for a Mexican Chain, they have five Rest. I will get a call at any given time with a large order and a few. But as soon as I get all the fabric and stuff to play, there goes that dang phone..... I just got a set of 10 Clipart of cute frogs, I plane to make the Grand daughter a frog quilt.. Plan... did you get that part, but I have a back up Plan, if I get swamped I will create the Embroidery designs, and the other Grandma can do the quilt. she will play with blankets for hours, and she love frogs already... so I just have to do a Frog blanket for her.
I will learn so much on the qilting and am so glad I am here, and for Embroidery I am here if anyone needs help or has a question.
