I...MUST...HAVE...THAT...TABLE!!!!!!!!

I have never seen anything like that and it appears the state I live in doesn't even have one of these stores

How would someone go about finding one of these online to purchase? Is there any information on the table (label of some sort) that you could share with me so I could search the world over to get my hands on one of these?
