MarieM, I bought my Juki at sewingmachinesplus.com- they had a package deal with a $50 gift card and a bunch of needles and bobbins, and their customer service was excellent. The 2000 doesn't have a low bobbin warning, which I would have liked but I'm really happy with it otherwise, it's so much better than my last machine.

I used a ruler to draw out the diagonal lines, then free handed it with a frixion pen. I looked forever for a stencil with the design I wanted (figured it'd be a simple thing to find), then just decided to do it myself.
