Thank you for the quick response.
Although looking into special zig zag feet for my 401A Singer ( the foot on my machine is general purpose which is for straight and zig zag, but I need other feet attachments for that machine)

Hi, cctx,

For my 401A I was fortunate enough to have a high shank snap on adapter that came from my broken Babylock. It snaps onto all of the feet from the Babylock (1/4"). For my 185J and vintage Kenmore 158.14300 I ordered a low shank snap on adapter which also can use all of the feet from the Babylock. Sure saved a lot of money. So, what I am saying is that if you find the feet you like somewhere online that use a high shank 1/4" snap on adapter, you will have solved your problem. I ordered my low shank snap on adapter from Expert Sewing Center, Inc. online. It only cost me $3.99. If this doesn't make sense, just let me know. I will try to explain it better or maybe someone here on the board can help clarify for you. Good luck

The third picture is a speciality foot that you can put cording through the hole in the front of the foot and then sew or zz over it. This is a great foot.
How do we send our name to you for the free bobbins?

I understand what you're saying but I don't have an adapter like in your collection.
Meaning -I will have to check out the Singer store for this little gadget in order to modify the feet I'd like to use on the Singer Slant.
Thanks for the information too, I'll just check with the Singer store here in town to see if they carry different feet for this particular machine.

I'll send you one of each. Some are tiny, others would fit my thumb, and some in between. Send me a PM.
