Default Panity liners pattern

I printed a "Pany liner pattern ver 1.0" I guess in Sept 2005. I have no directions on how to sew them.
I was hoping somebody here would know. I tried "googling" but found nothing. I don't know where else
to go to find any info. These are mostly use to help keep panty dry and not for your period I guess
Thanks for any info

If you type PANTY LINER PATTERN into Google, you will get many sites to check out.
