Cleveland Treadle Picture (I hope)

Can anyone tell me how to remove the hand wheel. I have removed the screw on the bobbin winder wheel and the two screws on the hand wheel and it will not budge. Thanks.

I am having the same problem with my 127. It has the knob to disengage for the shuttle to wind a bobbin. I had no problem unscrewing the knob and taking the ring out. But, after oiling all around the wheel at the base where it fits on the head, still can't pull it off.
