    That is one absolutely glorious quilt!
    I just have two questions:
    1 - isn't it a daughter's job to be costly?
    2 - if I let you adopt me, will you make one of those for me too?

    I think a gold metallic thread would be beautiful. How about laying out a puddle of the thread and auditioning it?

    Your quilt is really beautiful, quilt with a dark color so as not to take away from the pretty colors in the fabric.
