Love them both! the teapot is adorable but it does look challenging - you did a great job on it!

I love the pincushion!!!!!!!!!! Is it a commercial pattern, or did you design it?

The pin cushion is adorable and I can see why it might have been really hard to assemble. A friend gave me a thread catcher like yours. (I think they need to be larger though).

Really cute pincushion! I have the pattern for the thread catcher and made them for some of the ladies in my stitchers group! They loved them. Just right for hand sewing and putting all those little snips of thread while you are talking and sewing in a group. Not sure I would attempt the pincushion though!!!

Your little teapot may have tortured you, but the pain will fade with time and you can keep on smiling every time you see it! I have that pattern too and have been putting off trying it. Kudos to you Mary!

Where did you get the pattern for the thread catcher and how can I get it. Great gift for the friends in 2 of my small quilt groups.

I was wondering about the pattern for the thread catcher too, that's really cute.
