Default Has anyone done a quilt using texture magic in it?

I recently was introduced to this and think it would look good in a quilt, but don't have the experience to figure it out. Has anyone used it? I think it would have a nice textural design to the quilt.

It's pretty pricey to use for a whole quilt. I have done some small project , and it is certainly fun to play with.

I haven't used it in a quilt but I did use it in a purse. It is expensive and would get costly for a quilt.

I have some I bought a year ago. I 'm thinking that it would be good for appliques on quilts - maybe trees, etc.

I used it in a purse (shop sample). It's fun to work with...kinda spooky when you shrink it with an iron. Be sure to use plenty of steam. Tip: DON"T touch the iron to the Texture Magic or you'll have a huge mess!

I saw a quilt in a shop that they did some of the blocks with texture magic. They chose a particular fabric, did the process and them that block was scattered through out the quilt. I thought it was nice, but not budget minded.

Interesting stuff! Wonder if you could get the same effect, by either fusing or stitching a piece of muslin or something to the fabric, then shrinking it.

I used it to make a purse also. Fun to work with but I would think to expensive for a whole quilt.
