    Wow that's great! If you did do a boarder I would opt in a solid color ones. I'm thinking a serpentine stitch along the black with (I know cringe) monofilament thread so it doesn't detract from the loveliness of the quilt. My thoughts.

    Beautiful quilt! As a suggestion, please check out the book Quilted From Back to Front. The author suggests finding a backing that is different in shapes or designs and quilting them from the back; circles, squares, etc. Her examples are wonderful and look fabulous on the front with no premarking.

    I also Love the colors. Thanks you very much for the pdf. I almost went blind last night trying to figure out how this quilt was put together. Your instructions made it so much easier on my brain. I'm going fabric shopping for the fabrics for a quilt for my grandson.
