    That looks SO great! I love it!!!! I work for authors, and I've been kind of toying with an idea for a bookshelf quilt. Yours is amazing!!! It's the perfect quilt to cozy up with on a cold day.

    thanks again for all of the nice comments.

    If you plan to use this idea...
    ask your friends to give you the written part of
    their selvages with at least 1/4 inch of fabric
    it will make your life happier.

    I've made several things from selvages, but this is a really neat idea. I love the pictures on the shelves also.
