yea I did that but most are the omnigrip and I don't like those because the marking are so confusing. I'm just being lazy on this project I'm doing but I think I will just free hand cut as I normally do. I can't see paying the extra money for a one time use.

I saw this and was on their email list for a while. I think regular rulers and templates will work. It's a matter of learning to use your ruler and cutter, not so much a "system".

I have dyscalculia so this will come in much-o handy for me. Thanks!

I have this ruler and have had it a long time. I wasn't all that happy with the results or the hook on pieces. Easier just to look on a chart for hst/qst sizes to cut. Just my opinion.

PS if you know where I can find a 10 1/2 " square ruler (other then the "Omnigrip") please let me know, thanks![/QUOTE]

A glass shop can cut plexiglass for you - stress accuracy and they're not good for curves
My glass shop closed, then I read on the Board about Lowe's.
Not all locations have the machine to do it
If they have the machine, you buy a 24" square of plexiglass and they will cut it.
Make sure to ask them to have the machine cut in both directions (you'll get smoother edges)
    For $24 I got two 8 1/2" squares, a 7" and 7 1/2" plus 2 others I can't remember.
The extra piece turned out to be 3" x 9" and I've actually used it.
