Beautiful blocks, ladies. Great fussy cutting in both. I love the different interpretations.

Will post later---I'm going on a FART today YAY!!!!! My quilting friend's mother is also in a nursing home so it's great when we both get a "day off" together. Really don't need anything so I'll prob just look (yeah right LOL).

Honchey and Anael: I agree you both did a great job with these blocks...especially with the fussy cutting.

Can't wait to see what others have done.

Oh my yes, I agree totally!

I'm still plodding along on these blocks. We are still visiting our friends, so don't get much done! I think we are heading home next Monday! So cold up here in WA, we will be glad to get back to sunny CA. I did not bring enough warm weather clothes.

Perfect Sheriff's Star Honchey--and great placement in the block.
Anael--Horses are so nicely centered in your block
grannyQ-love the swirly fabric in your MDaughter block and some darker blues showing up to give great contrast to the quilt. Way to go ladies. Check the discussion thread to see what GD and I have been up to.

Here are mine for the week. I was having a stinky day when I made Miller's Daughter (just kidding) and I did not do Mountain Maze (no y-seams for this cowpoke). I substitued a block from QuiltersCache called Twisted Spools but it came out too small. I followed your suggestion and put a frame around it.
