Very nice! I like the effect from the tea bath! Tippy hearts are just fine.

All of you guys are so great:) I did plan the tippy heart that way. It was the two hearts beside it with the bottoms chopped off that I didn't plan that way. I thought I had ruined it.......but I must not have cause all of you guys love it :)

Actually Henry, I thought that was part of the design element. Because the first heart on the far left is so much higher than the other hearts and each seems to drop down in succession, I thought it was part of the pattern; rather like the sun dipping down below the horizon. It's as if the bottom row is defecting, refusing to conform. I really like that.

I see you're having fun with your new book and fabrics! Nice work, Henry. And you tackled tea dying too! Make more! :D

I think your bottom row does make a statement.
I havd tried tea dying and love it, coffee is good too, a little more brown than tan. They both fade, but never go away completely. Also the stronger the tea, the darker the dye, of course.

Good job!

Henry,

How great is it that you thought something went wrong, when really it all went right? I like the tea dying too!

That is a cute little quilt!
