A hint for removing the paper... I saw on tv once a lady doing PP, she folded and creased along every single line before starting, and it "weakened" the line so it could be easily torn. Even though it gets creased, it still flattens out for the sewing part.
I haven't tried it though.

I just made my testing block for the Dear Jane swap, it's tiny and done by PP. I folded the paper along the printed sewing line, ran my fingernail along it to really crease the fold, then unfolded it and did the next line, and so on and so forth, till all the lines were done. I flattened it out again with my hands, and sewed my block as normal.

Now, I've only done one, but it was definitely easier to remove the paper at the end.

My solution for taking the paper off is this: I asked my DH to do it and he said yes!! lol He was bored one night and he's done a few of them so far! Thank you all so much for the compliments and the encouragement. It is very addicting and a whole lot of fun to place the colors. :D
