Not sure what he didn't like about it, but who cares? You've finished a nice quilt.

Seth (ds) just didn't really care for the black/white/red combo. The b&w jelly roll was something I had laying around and told him he could sew that together for the meeting and add some red (I had gotten both for another project then didn't use them). He is normally a green/blue/brown fan. Funny thing is it is a little cool here this morning and guess who is curled up in his quilt? LOL

So much fun and excitement going on!

Birthday plans being made .... I'll bring cake!
Nice quilt that Carrie'sDS made .. doesn't like it, but now seems to be enjoying it!

AFter watching the Olympic Team Pursuit events, I think QNSue has just created a new farm Team Pursuit with the Cub Cadet and Turkeys!

As usual OKSGlad is cooling for the masses .... redneck refrigerators ....... priceless!!!

And *gasp* cleaning our sewing rooms ... whomever thought that should be done?
HOnestly, I've been thinking I might do some of that during the next month in my breaks in the crazy-ness that will ensue. However, I don't think it'll be what I'll "want" to do, if I get a chance ... more likely I'll do some mindless sewing during those times ...... BIG IF!!!!!!!

Keep having fun ladies ... so for the next month, for me it will be the odd cameo appearance!

QuiltE...we want pictures of your exhibit and some of the rest of your goings on. Where will the exhibit be and how long does it last? Does someone have to be there all of the time...and you drew the short straw?

Mirabelle...I saw an amazing platform dive by a 16 year old female from your home land...and she medaled! I'm sorry I can't remember what all of the other countries have been doing but I do remember that Brazil medaled in women's beach volleyball...because the US had to beat them to get into the finals. I usually have the TV on in the background when I sew in the morning but this morning, I was glued to it for the synchronized swimming. Mind boggling and so beautiful!

The quilt looks great and its good that he is using it!!

Yep, those little critters looked like this: and today they look like this:Sitting on top of the old dog run, trimming the top of the tomato growing there. They can really stretch their necks up to see what is going on...not afraid of much...they can really run fast and fly high. They were hatched the 27th of June. Hoping they will make excellent watch dogs for the small farm here.
