I LOVE dresdans!!! Somehow I just don't think I could have to many dresdan quilts in my collection. I made this using my Big shot pro die cutting machine. I cut all the dresdans pieces from fat quarters and the tiny bit of leftovers I cut 2 1/2 squares to make the corner blocks. I had the chartreuse fabric in my stash and truthfully I loved it when I bought it but after I got home nothing went with it UNTIL I needed something to go with these blue and purple dresdans. I think it just makes everything POP! I was in LOVE!!! I even had some flannel in my stash that worked great for the backing. OH YEAH that should be comfy and cuddly this winter! This is a large quilt 98X98 and fits my kingsize bed. Hope you all enjoy my creation.

Happy quilting,
Jeanne

Your Dresden quilt is especially beautiful... My own addiction is for scrappy Log Cabins, and I have a couple of vintage tops that I've purchased for my collection. When I get back home I'll post some pictures of them..

OK, I have the big shot but haven't used it. Did you do fusible applique?

And the green makes it!
