    Alfosa421 --I was going to put that in and forgot! The log cabin blocks are 4" square -- the strips are 1/2" finished. The stars have 3/4" finished strips in them. Yeah -- she's either a genius for being able to sew them or she's a glutton for punishment!! LOL

    Your quilting is stunning. I love how it turned out and I can't wait to get it home and put the binding on. Thank you so much for your wonderful work

    The pattern is called Eldon. It was supposed to have been scrappy, but I am an accountant by nature and I don't do scrappy. My mind is too ordered. This was the project quilt from a quilt retreat last November. It was definitely a stretch of my abilities but I loved every minute of it.

    Oh my, I wasn't a big fan of log cabins, but this had totally changed my mind! Its beautiful beyond words and the quilting is perfect!! Would make a great guilt of valor!
