Default Looking for recipes using banana peppers

Our cousin gifted us with 8 banana peppers from his wonderful garden. How do you use them? Any recipes? Thx in advance!

I seed them and chop some up fine and put them in my chicken enchaladas...a little goes a long way with us.

I slit them top to bottom, Take out the seeds, stuff them with mozzarella cheese , and roll them in a won ton skin or egg roll wrapper. and brown them in a deep fat fryer or a skillet.. wonderful

I split them and remove seeds and veins. Soften cream cheese and add chopped pecans and use this mixture to stuff the peppers, slice the peppers in 1 inch increments and then enjoy.

http://allrecipes.com/recipe/bobs-st...anana-peppers/ very good, I don't parboil the peppers since I bake a day ahead and reheat. And sometimes I just use jarred sauce for the casserole, too. I find that we always need an extra jar of marinara with this one as I serve with penne pasta and bread.
