Beautiful quilt. Don't think it's too soft -- just comfy. It is quilt you'd want to snuggle in.

Oh a nice deeper purple would be pretty, but its your quilt. Walk away for a few days then see when you come back to it. See what your mind's eye states to you ..

It's dreamy! Sometimes I crave soft coloring like this, others it's bright and bold, once in a while it's darks. This is very pretty.

I like it...but what is most important is that YOU like it. It is your quilt. Different is good. I like to be different. If we were all the same, it would be a boring world. Soft can be soothing and comfortable. Enjoy!!

try turn every other row of 4 patch a quarter turn so the white and purples touch. it might spread out the fabrics and blend in a pleasing way.
