    Good for you and good of your neighbor to give it. We have a man we don't even know send home to us fresh trout, he cleans it and it is wonderful eating.

    Thanks for all the replies. We shared it with family visiting up here from Southern California. Figure it was about $90 worth of fish (Salmon) after fillets all done.

    YUM. We lived in Alaska and we loved catching fresh salmon and smoking it. Lucky you!!
