I want one, where can you get them?
Paint does sound like the way to go.
I need screen doors but cannot install them myself and much to expensive for my budget to hire a handyman.

You can machine embroider on some of these. In years past people posted some very nice looking embroidered screens. I think Embroidery Library may show some in project catagories? good Luck

I need help for ideas of how to make the screen more visible. You can put decals on a sliding glass door to remind you it's there but what and how do you mount or place something on the screen to make it visible?????

    Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Hi, I have one also and an 88 pound choc lab. When the screen is closed I lean a magazine against the inside of the screen. Husband and dog both know this means the door must open to go outside. If you open the screen from the outside the magazine simply falls to the floor. Good luck.

I was walking into our screen door and my DH put 2 cottonballs trough the screen at eye level. Haven't walked into it since. I like the paint idea better. More attractive.

When we got our they gave us stickers to put on it. Use two stickers same size design (theirs were ovals) and match them up one on the outside and one on the inside. That way when it rolls up there is no sticky substance to get in the way

Thanx for all the suggestions. I think the magnet idea would jam up the rollers but would be nice if workable. I thought of the counted cross stitch idea and rapidly dismissed it as probably making me going blind. LOL Maybe I'll give that some more thought with the x-stitch on a really large scale. I think I like the idea of stenciling!!! Hmmmm will need to give that some serious thought. If I ever decide what to do I'll send pix's but don't hold your breath.....

For those of us with no time in their lives to make a design on the screen....we use masking tape and make a big "X" on the screen....no one walks through the screen now and it is easily removed IF NEED BE.
