Lovely! Has your Hubby bought anything for himself. Like tools magazines etc..., if he has then you are allowed to buy for yourself. JMHO! I say go for the bigger opening. I have 2 Sapphire macines for the 9.5 inch opening! I also have no lever for the foot. I am finally used to that now. Enjoy your shopping! Luann in CT

Luann, we have always tried to stick to the "he needs" "she needs" rather than "he gets so she gets" thing. Works for us, but in this case SHE NEEDS! lol
Since DH is so stingy with his money and seems to have few, if any needs, I figure he's saved enough to cover my needs!

beautiful quilt! I am glad irishrose LQS said blue and yellow are popular,as I have a ten year old Irish chain top in yellow and blue that I should dig out and quilt!
