MiraB ... And more of your lovelies indeed!

No, not really in the saddle ... just enjoying the view right now. Work has been and will continue to be whack-o for awhile! In the meantime, I'm going to enjoy some virtual quilting with you ladies ... and be green with envy with MiraB and DublB heading off for their retreats!

MiraB ... no cell reception isn't such a bad thing ... a true retreat without electronic leashes!!!!!!!!

    ENJOY your getaways ladies!

Wednesday with all the new blocks...I love it! Honchey, great way to corral the piggy with some goodies to eat. QNSue, and then your "raisins" for the golfers...how do you think up your stories? Jan, what beautiful balance in your blocks and the tulip is such a nice remembrance for Anael. Mirabelle, with your fabrics, the piggy tail is completely disguised. I actually have been on a piecing binge and did this weeks blocks plus about 12 FWS blocks. I can't decide what to take on the retreat tomorrow but I cased the shop last Thursday and there is some fabric there that I need for DGS's quilt so that is probably what I will work on. I should be quilting.... My ribbons are a little wonky. Oh well, y seams conquered me this time.

    Mirabelle--pretty blocks.

QE--Yes, the retreat Ggal is going to is the one I am leaving for tonight. It doesn't actually start until tomorrow evening, but we wanted to do some shop hopping before check-in. Crystal and I are driving over together.

Ggal--You have made some great progress this week! Looking forward to meeting you too.

School is done for the week...since I'll be gone. Kids are pretty happy about that. We'll have some catch up to do next week...great thing about homeschooling!

Remember I told in another Pony thread I was going to donate some quilts to a Day Care Centre? I got some pictures today and I would love to share them with you. Each of the ladies has picked the quilt she likes most and they all are very happy with them as you can see
