    I used this tutorial from this board....
    http://www.quiltingboard.com/tutoria...t-t102578.html I put the binding on before I put the sweat shirt back together. Which I really like doing better. Not as much bulk!

    nice... did you have to take the shirt a part ... add the pieces and then sew it back together?????

    Diane, yes. I took the sweat shirt apart by following the tutorial that I posted earlier. It was easy to take apart.

    Very cute. Love the fabrics. Clever idea to use a hoodie. I would have been trying to quilt the hoodie as well, but your idea to remove the hoodie is so much better. Love the pouch pocket for your hands on this one.
