    Default Anonymous "Gift Horse"...Suggestions?

On Sept. 27th, 2012, I received the following message on Facebook (I'm pretty sure I know the person...) & Nato is my husband:

    "hey u up?
    • i know this is weird but i want to know how much your quilt frame costs that you want. Dont tell nato that you got this random message though please. i want to stay anonymous

    • well you must be asleep. I created this account to find out the info i needed. i hope you dont think its a random stalker account."

As I said before, I'm pretty sure I know them, but they said they made the account strictly to ask me that info, but they created the Facebook account on August 22nd, 2012, and didn't contact me until September 27th, 2012.

I didn't tell anyone but my husband about the quilt frame until after September 1st, 2012...

I swear to God it was not me! I did not even know you existed until you posted the message about the frame.

If it is someone you know, maybe from a quilting group, they should contact you more directly and with info as to who they are.

I would think that "Nato" put someone up to it and go ahead provide the contact information for them to enquire.

Thing is, if I ever ask Nato something outright, he NEVER lies to me.

He doesn't know who this is & is concerned.

    It does seem odd.

Would there be any possible harm in providing make, model, cost, and where to purchase the quilt frame you want?

Then the safest thing to do is not reply and delete this "person" as a facebook "friend"

With my kind of luck lately, I wouldn't reply. I would also delete this person. Sounds kind of spooky! How far will it go?
