I wish I could say I thought of it. I was inspired by a member here. I really wish I could remember her name. I've since lost the post.

Very nice, what size are the blocks you made with the postage stamps? Where they 16 patch or bigger than that?

I have been doing 9 patches with my leaders and enders, but thinking maybe I should be doing bigger.

The stars really make it special and you have placed them nicely to keep the eye moving.

the basic block is a 4-patch. I filled in around the small stars with single patches. I did the quilt in 12 panels trying to mix up the big and small stars.

DebraK, your quilt is beautiful! I want to encourage you not to let it set too long before you finish (like I tend to do) because your quilt is so beautiful it deserves to be finished and displayed and marveled over. GO girl!!

What a bright pretty quilt. I really like how the stars are different sizes and how star points are not all the same color.
