Glenn, I like your new machine very pretty. We don't need any more machines but, I am on the look out for a two spools to add to my sewing room.

Looks like my day for asking about different machines. What's so special about the Two Spool?

If it ain't too far you need to go get that one. The two spools holds a spool of thread in a can in the bobbin area. You can sew forever with out changing the bobbin thread. Well made machine otherwise.

Hmmm, Two Spools to the north, Davis VF to the south - decisions, decisions....

Laura, Please post photos of your sewing room. I love seeing folks renovation projects. You have been one very busy gal with painting sewing table and finishing up on that Halloween quilt. I love that red table! Cute son there in that Halloween photo too.

This site is fun to look through for ideas and the funky styles. Some of the cabinets look so much better. Thanks for sharing this link.

Herself isn't that hot on the National - the cabinet is kind of chunky and clunky looking. She's also not that hot on me getting the Davis but that's still open to discussion - if I really want it I'll go ahead and get it (better pictures to come from the seller.) It's cheaper, but quite a bit further away - the Two Spools is only about 15 miles away.
