Just got home from a nice lunch with a friend from church and then grocery shopping. I see most everything has been covered for Anael regarding the bonus blocks. Re: postage, Mirabelle mentioned just using Paypal and sending me the return postage that way...will that work for you both (QuiltE and Anael)?

Here is what I have typed up for details:

We are making 8" finished blocks…like the PC ones

Not sure yet how many...I will send a final count hopefully by mid-November as we are finishing up the regular PC blocks. We have 11 counting me...if Anael joins that will be 12.

What block design and fabrics is up to you. If you want to do something that will remind us of your location, of you, or of our PC "ride" that would be great. If you want to make all your blocks the same that is fine or if you want to make certain blocks for certain people, that is good too...just be sure to label individual blocks so I know who gets what.

Please sign your blocks on the front. How much info you include is up to you. Some ideas: QB name, real name, date, and location (state/province/country)

Do you want white or cream if used?
Cream or Off White: QNS, Carrie, Oksewglad, Honchey
Either is fine: Dublb, QuiltE, JanRN, Mirabelle, Gardnergal970, Jeanie, Deranged_damsel (?)

I think that is all. Any questions, please ask.

Oh and Anael, if you decide to join, can you please send me a PM with your name and email. I can send out emails so no one misses the posts.

Carrie, I just PMd you!

Either white or off white if possible please. I didn't use cream (as far as I can remember).
It's good we have enough time to think about what blocks to make and how to sign them.

PayPal is ok with me.

Not sure which blocks to post this week. I think Honchey watched another debate and hit the merlot (or just skipped the debate and went straight to the merlot LOL). Here's some blocks from either this week or next.

Jan--both blocks look great. The fussy cut flower is so pretty. I think I will "steal" your quilting idea for the phone. A lot of people look at the block and can't figure out what it is. Several have said a scale.

Here is my telephone block

BTW .... think Canada when you do those phone blocks. Alexander Graham Bell's home is just an hour or so drive from Yours Truly!!!

JanRN
... if this is the way she is now ... can only imagine election night!
Great two blocks. Love the quilting on the phone. And the other is getting me *sigh*ing as we do with MiraB's! Great FC!

CarrieM ... Another boudoir phone, I do believe.

All ... remember when the phones were in so many different colour choices?

QNSue ... Love the Halloween Phone!!! Watch out Works4Me will be along to steal all that web fabric!!

Speaking of spider web fabric ... W4Me .... is in search of a spider web fabric that's a TOT cream/white.
Anyone know of any?
Or know where it can be found?
Or in your stash?

Sorry, not in my stash...check out the internet...multiple shops are all linked together in Ohio, makes the search easier. Found a batik on that I was looking for....about 1300 choices, If I remember correctly...it was the 697th choice I looked at. Bugs.com also has all kinds of bugs and more.
