You did an excellent job of recreating the pattern. Great job and what a lovely quilt.

Below are some general directions for the quilt. I've also include pictures from the EQ7 program:

    Bittersweet Autumn Leaf quilt

All fabric is from the Benartex collection - Bittersweet
You can google "Amish log cabin leaf quilts" and see pictures of similar ones.

24 leaf blocks - made from Eleanor Burns pattern - Autumn Leaves. I made each leaf from a different fabric. I also had to make the background fabrics about ¼" larger than the pattern called for, so that the leaf block would match the size of my log cabin. I found another leaf pattern "Lazy Leaves, by Far-Flung Quilts", and I like this leaf better, but I couldn't easily figure out how to increase the background fabric to make it the same size as my log cabin - 10 ½".

96 log cabin blocks all strips cut 2" wide, then sub cut ( you will need 96 of each piece) Assemble in typical log cabin, starting with the centers green and cream 2". Block finishes at 10 ½"
    Green center: 2"
    Gold: 3 ½" , 5"
    Orange 6 ½", 8"
    Purple 9 ½", 11"

    Cream, 2", 3 ½", 5", 6 ½", 8", 9 ½"
