Judy, so glad to see you on the mend. Please take care of yourself!

Although I have a decent stash, most of my pieces are small, a yard or less with lots of FQs, so my choices were limited. Here's what I came up with.

P.S. I'm bringing all my leftover Halloween candy to the club car. I surely don't need them at my house!

Drue, welcome aboard. You just go to the first page for fabric requirements, page 264 for the second set of directions and a few pages back here for the third set. What do you have to do to join? Post once in a while - we like pictures and provide some food. I have 4 pounds of bean soup on the soup on the stove so there will plenty to share. How about some cornbread to go with it? Sure glad there are no calories because I can eat a lot of this.

I still like my fabrics (the red and black roses), but can't sew until Sunday - our church bazaar is Saturday and I am currently FMQ a quilt for it. Plus I have an out of town Dr app't tomorrow.

    Have a good day, everyone.

Drue glad to have you aboard, the view from the observation car is great this morning and then you can raid your stash for HST fabrics...next clue is not till Saturday (if Judy is feeling up to it) or we will just be hanging out having fun and running out to the flat car to picnic and wave to the river rafters in the gorge....lots to do !

Gretchen my DS and DDIL and 3DGS that are in northeasten coner of Illinois now - used to live in Hudson, Ohio and have heard from friends there that the wind and snow got pretty bad....is snow better than driving rain? Stay warm !!

Okay after my "what was I thinking" moment came up with this. Now I have 2 different ones going for a ride. The top, left to right, are 1 set, bottom, left to right, are the 2nd set. My first moment was the left hand ones together. Don't know may change my mind again. And I did just finish these this morning Elisabrat. Dreaming of table toppers all night so got up at 4a.m. and started sewing. Have a winter one and a Xmas one of those all done too, just need to quilt them now and bind.

I need someone to join me Caroline! If we're naughty and they kick us off, we can just board again. Knew I must have had a reason, planning ahead..

Okay, Just found this thread and have not read all twelve pages, just some of the fabric choices. Is there any intermediate stops that I can get on this train? I will have to hope off for a week of Thanksgiving to go to my Mom's in Nebraska if that is okay.

I figure I am two weeks behind, as I can probably shop my stash tonight.

I have only done one other mystery quilt on New Year's day this year. That is when I broke my resolution to only work on UFO's this year. Haven't finished any of those either and here it is November. So why not start something else?
