    Default Update on "Need some opinions please..."

    A couple days ago, I posted a thread asking if I should add sashing and cornerstones to my grandma's quilt. Thank you everyone for your quick response. I went ahead and did sashing, but was unable to figure out how to do the cornerstones... The blocks are 25" and I don't have a ruler or cutting mat that large... It would have looked better with them, but I think it still looks ok. Now to get it sandwiched and quilted. :-)

    This is really nice. Love the sashing...it just sets off the blocks!!

    I saw your original post & thought it was fine as it was. But now that I see the finished top I like it so much better with the sashings that you added!

    I really like how the sashing make this pop. pulls it all together.
