I really love your quilt. I want to make one! Will you share with me the sizes of your squares etc? I think I have enough of the dark squares but I may have to scrounge some light fabrics. There is really no secret to it...I was using up some scraps and also some JoAnn fabrics...I cut 2½ inch squares...ended up I did not have consisten seam allowances...and squared them up with a 4 inch square ruler I had because it was conventient. Then cut 4 inch alternate blocks. I really did not do any planning on it...I tried not to get two of the same fabrics side by side. Now I cannot remember for sure, but think I ended up with one or two either side by side, in almost side by side.
