Like these ladies. I think using 10" squares like that works for me. It may look busy, but the theme is the same so works well.
    Love the design pokerdiva.

Poker OMG...using a smaller version of this block to make a charity quilt. I'm getting so tired ofl sew strips together to make blocks but getting there. My finished block is 12" and only need to make 30 blocks but like I said getting tired of this. Wait...maybe need 35 blocks. I better do the math and see what I really need.

I thank you Julie for the original link. You could just keep going round and round till you have the width you want and then just put the solid fabric on top and on the bottom between the scraps till you got the length you want and it could be any size. I tell you that is easy peasy and would make a great charity quilt. TADA!

I love it (like everyone else). And the white is great--like someone said, goes with everything. Thanks for sharing. Donna

Sounds like a great way to get rid of those 1 or 1 1/4" inch pieces. Can't wait to see this finished. Poker's is great in the larger version.
klg--nice holiday quilt-- Would look great under a small tree wouldn't it?
    Cute
