    I love your quilt. I agree with your theories throughout especially the idea of fabrics co-existing regardless of colour, BUT, this is this area where I have problems on a personal level because I have definite "comfort zones" . Other people seem to produce a more balanced scrappy design than I ever seem to achieve. I guess more focus should be spent on depth of colour for me to over come this barrier. I am getting better though through desperation. I am maturing fast and I have a huge stash to use up, and I have difficulty throwing scraps away. Thanks for sharing.

    This is just beautiful and on my bucket list too. I have an entire book on scrappy quilts and none as pretty as this. You have some beautiful light fabrics, a collection I've got to work on building. Would you say you've got just as many varying light scraps here as you do dark?
