Default Tissue Cases - What Brand of Tissue Packets Do You Use?

I saw the post with two links - thanks for them - both are nice options.

I've looked at different brands of tissue packets to insert but have not found one that opens in the middle - most open at the side. I'm a little averse to stuffing unpackaged tissues for hygenic reasons. For myself it's OK but as gifts I wouldn't want to do it.

Has anybody found a source of tissue packets that open in the middle?

    Thanks.
    Cathy

The tissues that I buy (for 10 cents each at Staples) are the Home Select brand. They open at the end (top). I just open there and use a scissors to cut down the middle to the other end.

You can always take them out of the pack and just put them in the cover. I found some that open in the middle at Dollar General.

I take the ones that open on the side, turn them over and cut a slit in the middle of the plastic and put in the holder.

I use KLEENEX brand tissues that I get 8 packets for about 30 cents per packet from Dollar General, Wamart and CVS. Last night, a gal told me she picks up the packets for a lot less from DOLLAR TREE, but she couldn't remember for sure how many packets in a dollar package.

The KLEENEX has a little sticky tab attached to the center split that I simply fold under when I put a packet into a tissue holder.

So far, the Kleenex is the only brand I have found---------have never been in a DOLLAR TREE store. And I've never seen a packet that opened from the side. Can't quite figure why any manufacturer would want to complicate a simple object such as a tissue packet by making it difficult to use.

Thanks so much for the replies. Now, why didn't I think about slitting it down the middle? I feel like a dope.
