Default What is this type of fabric called?

I would like to build my own sweater/quilt drying rack. I have a square one but
would like to make a rectangular. What kind of fabric to they use for those
drying racks? I know it's a mesh of some sort. Do you know which one to get
    for this project?

I don't know what the name is of the stuff they use but would the mesh football uniform fabric work? if not, maybe plastic window screen might be a cheaper way to go?

I'd guess fiberglass or plastic window screen mesh would be cheaper than the mesh football uniform fabric.

Buy a mesh laundry bag at the dollar store and cut it apart.

Thank you all. I think I will go with the window screen mesh. Probably cheaper and
easier to find. I'll check the hardware store tomorrow.
