Thumbs up New MUF's finished: Poster for our friends!

    Hello!
Very good morning! As they are? I hope that very well started the weekend!
I am very happy! Because I could finish one of my MUF's and it turned out as I had imagined it!
I tell the story: this is something I did in October 2010, result of a course of "Broderie Purse" I did with Ms. Shirley McGregor (http://shirleymacgregor.com/) when she visited Argentina.
At that time I thought that the binding was missing only and ended it! Hahahaha! NO! It is never so for me! In these years I looked at him and had the feeling that was missing something ... a "touch"!
And now I found what it was: transformed it into a poster for the business of our friends. Who have an establishment of production and sale of fruits of the forest! If they like to see pictures can know the place in this link: https://picasaweb.google.com/1109124...rutosDelBosque)
Well, show them the photos of the "mini-quilt" resulting, of the applications of the bouquets of strawberries, flowers and legends that I did, the quilting and the backing.
    Data:
    Top and application design: Gladys
    Quilting by Gladys
Date: January 2013 - Location: Neuquén, Argentina
I Hope to be of your liking and thank you very much for looking!
I'm going to continue ending my earrings!
I wish you all a wonderful weekend!
    A big hug!

I love the quilting on this. It is unusual and very effective. It is such a joyful piece.

Thank you for sharing. The Broderie Perse applique is fun with the strawberries and blossoms. I especially like the way it was quilted.

That is so neat. Thank you for sharing. You always open my eyes to new things that are possible to do with quilting.
