Ok I need some advice. This is what I have finished on the Boom 8 top. I want to put another color around the border and then I am thinking to use the green/red flowers in the picture. Do you think it matches or does it make it too "busy"? should I only do green stripe around the quilt or make it the colors in the squares in the quilt, a variety?? I need to make it at least another 12" all the way around so it will fit on a queen. Thanks for your help and suggestions!!

I like it and I don't think it is too busy.

Thanks Melinda! Still debating on the solid green stripe before the green/red flowers of more than one color....decisions decisions...

joanelizbay I've been looking at it all day. Try the dk. green, then a lighter one and then your floral and see what it looks like. I think with 12" you need at least 3 I think. It's hard to tell when it's not right it front of me.

I received a beautiful block from Quiltermomma. THANKS!!

I have four left to receive: arienn, Linda58, Pinklotus, and savanahrandons. I'm still holding hope to receive. I know life gets crazy sometimes and I know blocks are still flowing.. All in all, I had a great time! Thanks ladies. I'm skipping Boom9. I made a goal to finish some quilts for my DMIL. First one started, 28 to go....
