Default Quilting supplies at Walmart info

Did you know Walmart has an extensive inventory of quilting items and books online? You can order and have it sent to your local Walmart store for pick up. No fee for shipping or in store pick up. And the shipping to your home is usually under $1! It cost more in gas to go pick it up at Walmart if I'm not going anyway. Look at the quilt books: http://www.walmart.com/search/search...g&_tt=quilting

    All sewing machines: http://www.walmart.com/search/search...onstraint=2637

All sewing/quilting notions are listed in the Party & Occasions dept.

Walmart sells the Arrow and Kangaroo sewing furniture too.

Any item not stocked in the store can be ordered on line for in store pick up. Select your local Walmart and if the item is not stocked you can order it. I use the online ordering service a lot more then I thought I would. Now I don't have to hassle the fabric dept manager to why doesn't she stock this or that.

I was browsing and Walmart has Olfa, Fons and Porter, Fiskars, Omnigrid, Allary, products, Pounce, Magic Quilt, Sullivans Cutting Edge rulers, June Taylor, Olfa frosted, Quilt Sense, and the Reliable and Oliso irons! And the return policy is so easy, just take it back to the store.

Great info! Our Walmart discontinued the Fabric Dept and only carry a few spools of thread, pins, needles, small notions. The books shown are really priced well.
Thank you for contributing to my habit, Bellaboo!

Tks, Bella. I can't get the notions to come up. Tried by typing sewing/quilting notions, sewing notions and quilting notions. Busted on every one of them. Can you help, pleeease?

I was in my WalMart yesterday and looked over the sad selection of notions they had to offer. It was pitiful, really.

Try sewing accessories. For reasons I can't fathom, they are under Party and Occaisions and then sewing accessories.

one of our Walmart's has a big selection of fabrics and notions but the other 2 stores I go to don't have much if anything at all. Good to know we can get stuff online.
