    What a gorgeous quilt!
I know this is a stupid question, but I am going to ask anyway. I know that usually the gathered half of the yo yo is right side up, but I looked close at your quilt and could not see any gathering. Did you put the gathered side or the smooth side up?
    Thanks

What a great way to use yo-yo's. It would make it a lot more substantial. I have one my grandmother made but it is so heavy that the stitching is all coming loose.
